Hypovolemia: tachycardia/hypotension, ↓ turgor, dry mucosa, flat neck veins.

Hypervolemia: edema/ascites, JVD, crackles.

Neurologic Symptoms (Severity)

Severe: seizures, coma, obtundation, severe confusion.

Moderate: HA, lethargy, dizziness.

Mild: none of the above.
